– We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.

3. Shipping Costs:
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
– We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over 100/- Rs.

4. Processing Time:
– Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange or refund within 7 business days.

5. Refund Method:
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Final Sale Items:
– Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:
